ADIBA JURAYEVA

Adiba's story is the essence of the American dream. Coming from Tajikistan, she embarked on a transformative journey to the United States at the age of 16 under the sponsorship of the U.S. State Department. She came alone leaving her entire family behind.
Her academic pursuit led her to Chatham University, where she graduated in 2007 with a degree in political science, thereafter, achieving state accreditation and teaching math and science at a local elementary school.
In 2014, Adiba's aspirations reached fruition as she earned her Juris Doctor degree from ASU Law School. Her legal acumen was swiftly recognized, leading to her recruitment by prestigious law firms, including Quarles & Brady and Snell & Wilmer, where she commenced her practice as an employment attorney.
Fluent in five languages (Russian, Persian, Turkish, Uzbek and English) and deeply rooted in her international heritage, Adiba's passion lies in governmental affairs and facilitating the integration of international businesses into the United States—a journey reflective of her own path.
